Scholars of Sāmoa
This new feature of the JSS highlights Scholars of Sāmoa from all over the world. A Scholar of Sāmoa is an individual who has studied, researched and written about Sāmoan history, people and culture. Scholars of Sāmoa have made significant contributions to Sāmoa, and wider understandings of Sāmoan culture and society, whether they are Sāmoan or not. Scholars will be interviewed by staff based at the Centre for Sāmoan Studies, in Sāmoan or English, and these transcripts will be edited and published online. An interview will be published every quarter, a total of 4 a year.
